Controlling language

In the event that user is reading this agreement in a language other than the English language, the user acknowledges and agrees that the English language version hereof shall prevail in case of inconsistency or contradiction in interpretation or translation.

Force majeure

The user acknowledges and agrees that myveryown shall not be responsible for any failures or delays in performing the respective obligations hereunder arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, wars, riots, earthquakes, storms, typhoons and floods.

Indemnification

The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless myveryown and its representatives, agents and affiliates, from and against any claim, action, suit, demand, loss, damages, costs ( including reasonable legal fees, expert witness fees and expenses), or other proceeding related to or arising out of the use of this website and the information it contains.

Infancy

You attest that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

No guarantee

You acknowledge that registration or reservation of your chosen name does not confer immunity from objection to either the registration, reservation, or use of the name.

No third party beneficiaries

This agreement shall not be construed to create any obligation by myveryown to any non-party to this agreement.
